A mom of 4, writer, speaker, and personal development junkie, Emilie's mission is to empower moms to let go of who they think they should be, in order to become more of who they really are. Leader, teacher, and friend with a fierce passion for self-improvement and girl power, Emilie knows what it's like to be exhausted, drowning in guilt and other's expectations. After spending nearly a decade struggling through motherhood,, Emilie found her way out of the overwhelm (and into a life she loves) and is determined to help more moms do the same.
